Floorboard Set Shown Mounted on 1999 Moto Guzzi Bassa

The position of these floorboards allows the ball of your foot to assume roughly the same fore and aft position as the original foot peg, and slightly lower than the original foot peg.  This is good because it allows you to distribute your weight not only on your butt, but also onto your feet and legs.  The floorboards also allow your feet to move well forward of the original foot peg position.  The rubber floorboard mats are mounted on rubber cushions that isolate your feet from vibration for maximum comfort.  These floorboards fit under the chrome trim frame rail covers on Bassa and California Special models.  As with most floorboards, you will lose some cornering clearance since it becomes possible to drag the outside edge of the boards during aggressive cornering, however, the boards pivot, and fold up when in contact with the road.  An instruction sheet is included.
