Belleville, spring, wave washer for cylinder stud sleeve nut. This special washer has a smaller outside diameter to fit down into the hole for the 12 o'clock cylinder stud on all 2 valve Big Twin Guzzis, 1967 until 2009. Also used for the head studs on all Small Twin Guzzis from the V35 through V7 II models of 2016. Used on some '80s and 90's models for mounting brake calipers. 

Found on Quota and Quota ES1100 for center stand mounting, and on Nevada and Nevada Club for mounting rear shocks.
