Final drive gear set with a 7/33 tooth count giving a 4.71 gear ratio. This gear set provides a 4.71 ratio which is common to many Guzzi big twins 1975 through 1993, and is often substituted into 1994-2012 1100cc California models to aid acceleration and increase the utility of 5th gear at lower road speeds. Also commonly used as a substitute for the early 8/37 gear set due to it's superior tooth design.

These bevel gears are made of 18NCD5 with a HRc hardness of 61. Each gear has an index mark  for correct installation.  All bevel gears bear the production batch stamped.  These gears are made in Italy for Stucchi.  

This gear ratio is original to T3, T4, T5, S3, G5, 850 LeMans, LeMans II, CX100, LeMans III, LeMans 1000 all years LeMans IV and LeMans V, SP1000, SP II, SP III, California II (not Cal II automatic), California III, California 1100, Strada, Mille, 1000S, Quota 1000
