CUSTOMERS
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and
Discover, or United Parcel Service (UPS) COD with payment via Money Order.
We no longer accept personal checks.
- We ship
daily via United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service Priority Mail.
- Domestic orders placed by telephone before 2pm
Central Time are usually shipped the same day. Exceptions do occur,
and we will try to inform you of the status when the order is placed.
- Minimum order is US$10.00.
- Domestic orders with invoice totals over US$20 are
normally sent via UPS.
- Domestic orders
with weight over 2 pounds are normally sent via UPS.
- Domestic orders with invoices
less than US$20 and weight less than 2 pounds are normally sent via US Priority Mail. Exceptions
for rare items or those items with limited availability.
- Minimum delivery charge is $4.60 via US Priority
Mail. Orders sent Priority Mail are not subject to a
shipping/packaging/handling fee.
- Orders sent via UPS are charged the
applicable UPS delivery fee plus a modest $1.00
shipping/packaging/handling fee to help offset costs incurred.

RETURN
AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- We gladly offer full refund or exchange for parts
that arrive damaged or parts that we send in error, however the 30 day
return policy applies.
- Returns sent without a copy of the
original invoice will not be credited.
- Returns of parts incorrectly ordered or not
needed by
customers must be saleable and in "as new" condition and will be
charged a restocking fee of 20%. Parts showing evidence of
installation will not be credited.
- All items shipped will be charged. If you
must exchange a part and do not wish to wait until we receive the part you
are returning, we will charge you for the replacement part, and you will be
credited for the exchange part upon it's return to MG Cycle.
- All returns must be
authorized in advance by telephone: 608-862-2300.
- No returns on any electrical
components.

No returns after 30 days from the invoice date.
- No returns on "special order"
parts. "Special order" parts are defined as parts with
little demand that we do not normally stock in our inventory, and that we
have agreed to order especially for you. When these parts arrive at
our shop they will be sent to you and you will be charged for them as agreed
when the order was placed.
- We will do everything we can to maintain you as a satisfied
customer. If you are not pleased with the way we handled something
please let us know and we'll do our best to work with you.
