Once you have ordered from MG CYCLE your necessary information is retained in our secure database. When placing subsequent orders, assuming your shipping and/or payment information has not changed, and assuming that you know exactly what you want, it is not necessary to call in your order, rather you may simply email your order to
info@mgcycle.com at any time of day or night. Of course, if you want to discuss your order, or do not know exactly what you want or need, the telephone is still the better option, but is available only during normal business hours which are 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday Central Time.

We find it is much easier to answer questions and correct possible errors in ordering parts via telephone. Feel free to email us at info@mgcycle.com but please understand we are not sitting in front of the computer all day, nor do we have time to write long responses so phone calls have a much faster response time. We can talk faster than we can type, and verbal communication is so much more efficient.
Please keep in mind that while we will do our best to help you with technical, installation, or general questions about Moto Guzzis, we would appreciate it if you call our local line: 608-862-2300 for questions of this nature and we will do our best to help. Keep in mind that we do not know it all, and diagnosis over the phone is sometimes impossible, particularly regarding electrics. Also, please recognize that our first priority is to fill existing parts orders for our customers, so there will be instances where we unable to spend time answering such questions due to time constraints.
While we try to keep as many parts on the shelf as possible, every item is not in stock at any given time. This can be due to ordering cycles with our suppliers, shipping and regulatory agency delays, as well as supplier inventories and manufacturers production schedules.
