We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We no longer accept personal checks, cashiers checks, or money orders.
All orders will be assessed a shipping charge.
We have a minimum parts value order of US$10.00. Orders with parts value under $10 are not accepted.
Orders sent via UPS are subject to a $1.00 fee to help offset costs of shipping and packaging.
Orders comprised of "in stock" inventory are normally shipped within 1 business day. Orders received before 12:00 noon Central Time are normally shipped the same day. Exceptions do occur, particularly during peak season. In all situations, we ship orders as soon as possible, and in the order in which they are received.
SHIPPING
Orders bound for destinations within the USA:
Our preferred carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS), however we will ship via the US Postal Service using their Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes if requested. Please note that orders sent via the US Postal Service will not have package tracking nor will they have insurance. We will not be responsible for loss of and/or damage to packages sent via the US Postal Service, and neither will the US Postal Service. You choose to use the US Postal Service at your own risk.
We make every attempt to accommodate customers requesting overnight (UPS Next Day Air) shipping, and these orders are generally moved to the front of the line.
Please keep in mind that delivery charges depend on your address as well as the actual weight, physical dimensions, and insured value of the final package. These characteristics cannot be determined until your order is packaged and prepared for shipping. For this reason, we are unable to provide shipping cost quotes. Please be assured that we make every effort to help keep shipping costs to a minimum, while packing items appropriately.
Orders bound for destinations inside the USA, with invoice totals less than US$20, and merchandise that is not rare or of limited availability, are often sent via US Priority Mail Flat Rate in an effort to save money for our customers. However, since the US Postal Service rate changes effective January 2010, much of the cost advantage has disappeared, and in many cases shipping via UPS Ground is less expensive. Due to this situation, many small orders with totals less than US$20 will be delivered via UPS unless our customers indicate their preference.
For example purposes only, some approximate shipping cost estimates are as follows. Note these are typical costs and delivery times, but are generally representative of past experience. Of course, exceptions do occur.
- UPS Ground: Packages up to 33 inches by 14 inches by 10 inches to residential addresses in the lower 48 states are normally ~US$8 to ~US$13.
- UPS Three Day Select deliveries: Typically adds ~US$7 to ~US$10 to your UPS Ground charges.
- UPS Second Day Air deliveries: Packages up to 13 inches by 11 inches by 2 inches shipped to residential addresses in the lower 48 states are normally ~US$20 to ~US$25.
- UPS Next Day Air deliveries: Packages up to 13 inches by 11 inches by 2 inches shipped to residential addresses in the lower 48 states are normally ~US$45 to ~US$50.
- USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box: 8 5/8 inches by 5 3/8 inches by 1 5/8 inches to residential addresses in the 50 states are ~US$4.95.
- USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Boxes: 11 inches by 8 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches to residential addresses in the 50 states are ~US$10.70.
- USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Boxes: 13 5/8 inches by 11 7/8 inches by 3 3/8 inches to residential addresses in the 50 states are ~US$10.70.
- USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Boxes: 12 inches by 12 inches by 5 1/2 inches to residential addresses in the 50 states are ~US$14.50.
Larger packages always cost more.
Orders bound for international destinations:
All international packages are sent via United Parcel Service Expedited or United Parcel Service Express. We do not ship international orders via the postal service, or any other carrier.
MG Cycle has a contract with United Parcel Service (UPS) for Expedited and Express international shipping. This contract provides a shipping cost discount of 50% off the published shipping rates. We at MG Cycle pass this discount along to our international customers. This contract covers Europe, UK, Australia, Japan, South Africa, and some other countries.
You may obtain a rough shipping cost estimate at the UPS website. The published cost obtained at that website is approximately double the actual cost that you will be charged. Some exceptions do occur. International delivery addresses in remote areas (for example: addresses outside of major metropolitan areas or island locations) may be subject to the UPS "remote area delivery surcharge" of US$20. This fee is not subject to discount.
We do not falsify or otherwise alter invoices to show lower values for customs or tax purposes. Your government may impose import taxes or duties. Your government may require UPS to collect these charges before you can accept delivery. Contact your local government to learn more.
All international packages are insured and have tracking numbers. Once the package leaves our premises, the responsibility for your package becomes that of the carrier. UPS has proven to be the most reliable carrier.
International shipping charges, even those for returns regardless of fault or cause, are not refundable. The decision to shop half way around the planet is yours, and while we make every effort to satisfactorily fulfill each and every order, sometimes errors do occur, and we cannot provide free international shipping. Please understand there is risk in international shopping.

- A small package is considered to be 13 inches by 11 inches by 2 inches.
Larger packages always cost more.
Due to significant criminal activity, we no longer ship to Israel or Singapore.
Special note for Canadian customers:
UPS has a Customs clearance agreement with Canada for shipments sent via UPS Expedited or UPS Express. UPS clears Canadian Customs with their in house brokerage company, negating the separate ~$40 brokerage fee that deliveries sent via UPS Standard to Canada are normally subject to.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final after 30 days from the invoice date.
We gladly offer full refund or exchange for parts that arrive damaged or parts that we send in error, however the 30 day return policy applies. You must inspect all items upon receipt.
Returns must be made within 30 days and must include a copy of the invoice. All returns must be authorized in advance by telephone: 608-862-2300.
Returns of parts incorrectly ordered, no longer needed, or no longer desired by customers must be in "as new" condition and will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. Parts showing evidence of installation will not be accepted.
All items shipped will be charged. If you must exchange a part and do not wish to wait until we receive the part you are returning, we will charge you for the replacement part, and you will be credited for the exchange part upon it's return to MG Cycle, subject to the 20% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns on electrical components. Sales of electrical components are final.
We cannot accept returns on "special order" parts. "Special order" parts are defined as parts with little demand that we do not normally stock in our inventory, and that we have agreed to order especially for you. When these parts arrive at our shop they will be sent to you and you will be charged for them as agreed when the order was placed.
Return shipping charges are only refunded if the item was sent to you in error. If we send you something by mistake, we will pay for the return shipping. However, we will not pay for a premium packaging and shipping service. We will only pay return shipping at the rate you were initially charged.
WARRANTY
No warranties are expressed or implied other than those of the manufacturer. MG Cycle is not a manufacturer. We will work on our customer's behalf with the manufacturers when warranty issues arise. Parts used or installed incorrectly, or subject to extreme duty (racing, sidecars, stunts) are not subject to a warranty.
Motorcycle parts are production line products. If you desire "show quality" finishes, for example, then production line products may not be for you. You are welcome to come to the store during normal business hours to inspect items to be sure they meet your standards. Limited production parts for Guzzis are often produced by hand in small batches. Imperfections are considered normal and should be expected. On occasion we do sort out the most egregious imperfections and offer them at a discount. If you need perfect, you will likely need to make your own.
All parts are sold with the assumption that the buyer shall use them in accordance with Federal and State laws. MG Cycle shall not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, or contingent damages, including labor and other direct costs associated with goods sold.
