Conical clutch push rod seal. These conical clutch push rod seals have been used by Guzzi for decades, on most Big Twin 5 speed and later 6 speed transmissions 1976 through 2016. Excepting V11 Sport and it's variants.
On models 1967-1975, two of these seals are used to replace the original hard plastic sleeve 12085901. 1976 and later years came stock with two of these seals used.
