Description

Ikon brand fork springs are an upgrade replacement for all small blocks since 2008 including: V7 Classic, V7 Cafe, V7 Racer, V7 Racer II, V7 Stone, V7 Stone II, V7 Special, and V7 Special II, V7 II Stornello, V7 Special III, V7 Racer III, V7 Stone III, V7 Anniversario, Milano, Rough, and Carbon, along with the V7 850 line. IKON fork springs allow full suspension travel and alleviate sag and nose dive while contributing to improved stability, ride control and comfort. Progressive rate fork springs provide a more comfortable and controlled ride, better control while braking, and are more suitable for high speed road holding and sport riding purposes. Progressive rate springs have altered coil spacing to provide both a smooth ride and progressively firmer response to larger road irregularities and loads. Tighter coils respond to minor inputs providing soft initial fork travel, wider spaced coils offer greater resistance as tighter coils are fully compressed. Excellent replacement springs for sporting applications as well as touring and general use. Installation guide included. With a relaxed length of ~465mm these springs are suitable for both Marzocchi and Kaifa brand forks with the use of appropriate length PVC or aluminum spacers to duplicate the original spring length.
