Directional wave form front main seal for models with Ducati alternator, many models mid 1990s to 2008. This seal is a better update for, and supersedes 90402839 or GU90402839, which were used on Bosch alternator equipped models. Also superseding 90402838 or GU90042838 as used on the Convert and California II Automatic's tranmission input shafts.

It also replaces 90402838 transmission gearbox input seal on Convert and California II Automatic, which seals the input shaft.
